ELMA G. O'CONNELL, 87, of Tinton Falls formerly of Lincroft, passed away on Wednesday February 10th, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, NJ.
Born in Orange, NJ she lived in Lincroft prior to moving to Tinton Falls. She was a floral designer at Floral Expressions in Orange. Mrs. O'Connell was formerly a parishioner of St. Leo the Great R.C.Church in Lincroft, where she also volunteered in St. Leo's Grammer School.
She was predeceased by first husband Raymond Fehn, her second husband John O'Connell, a son John O'Connell Jr., a brother Vincent DeVingo, a sister Gloria Sabatino, and a sister Angela Cuomo.
Surviving are a son Mark O'Connell, three daughters Carol Cecire and her husband Martin, Theresa Rullis and her husband Sal, and Catherine Manno, three sisters Henrietta Amico, Jeanne DeRites and Agnes Artz, and by 6 grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
A Memorial visitation will be on Saturday February 20th, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 – South Holmdel Road, Holmdel, NJ A funeral service will begin at the funeral home at 3:30PM.
